OUR PROCESS

CONSULTATION
A Travelpoint Representative will contact you via email or phone to understand your ideal vacation and use that information to make suggestions based on your requests. The agent will then proceed with planning your entire itinerary.
Please mention any/all activities, preferred hotels, or features that interest you and are of importance.

RECIEVE OUR PROPOSAL
After the initial consultation, your agent will provide you with a fully-customized proposal tailored specifically for you based on your interests and stated budget. Please be patient custom proposals can take 1-3 business days to piece together.
Once you’ve chosen one of the proposals and made any adjustments we can advance to step 3 and begin the reservation process!

APPROVAL & RESERVATIONS
Each proposal sent by our agents will have the final trip price located at the bottom of the itinerary. We will double-check pricing during the reservation period. During this time we will determine your preferred method of payment and confirm all your bookings from airfare, to hotels, and transportation.
A final email will be provided with all the information necessary for you to have and review. What’s left? Nothing, it’s that simple!
